George Chaworth, 1st Viscount Chaworth : ウィキペディア英語版 | George Chaworth, 1st Viscount Chaworth George Chaworth, 1st Viscount Chaworth of Armagh (c. 1568 – 3 July 1639) was an English politician who sat in the House of Commons between 1621 and 1624 and was raised to the peerage as Baron Chaworth and Viscount Chaworth. ==Background and early life== Chaworth was the son of John Chaworth of Southwell, Nottinghamshire and his wife Jane Vincent. He matriculated at Trinity College, Oxford on 4 March 1586, aged 17 and was admitted to Gray's Inn in 1605.
